Excel Event Equipment Hire Crew have spent a busy week preparing for a number of major events held over the weekend of 11and 12th July. Marquee and Event Equipment could be seen at the Queensland Touch Football Event in Caboolture,  RACQ Motorfest at Eagle Farm, V8 Supercar Race in Townsville and the 2010 Queensland Home and Garden Expo held at the Nambour Showgrounds. Congratulations to all the team for their efforts to have the installation all completed on time and thanks to the weather guru for keeping the rain away.

Excel Events provided the temporary structures for sheltering the exhibitors at the RACQ Motorfest held at Eagle Farm on the 11th July. This was a great way to showcase our new 3m Pagodas that were installed in series for the Exhibitors from the South Burnett Region and the many service providers for RACQ. A variety of 6m and 3m structures were set up across the grounds of the racecourse for a entertainment, product promotion and food stalls.

In less than ideal weather conditions the Excel site team displayed its professionalism in ensuring timely installation of the marquees erected for the corporate event, catering teams, security check points, first aid and merchandise outlets for this spectacular music event.
